Art of Consuming Culture

I randomly found these cable car pictures on Flickr by Benrinnes. The original color of the cable car was duck head green. Nowadays, the cable cars lost the tradition color and are costumed with advertisements. Graphically, they are catchy and colorful. The placement of the advertisements are creative and playful. Furthermore, the window frames create interesting negative space of the whole graphic. Sadly, they lost the tradition costume, but they enhanced the color of the growing urbanization. They are the byproduct of the consuming culture.
